I started the Notes from a Commonplace Book blog back in November, 2005.  At that time, I had just been received into the Orthodox faith and I thought I had things to say.  For the next decade or so, I continued to have things to say. Like so many, however, I was lured away by the siren song of Facebook.  While perhaps not a dead end, I have come to think that it is not the best path for me.  And so, I return to real writing, with a link to the earlier material here.
